Say hello to post-hardcore band F.O.E.S. (aka Fall Of Every Sparrows); a four piece from Liverpool who are preparing to release their debut E.P,Ophir. Influenced by a diverse range of genres, the band claim to draw influence from pretty much every iconic rock band there is; a difficult claim to live up to. F.O.E.S. have gained a lot of positive press from media cross the UK, as well as supporting esteemed artists Hacktivist, 36 Crazyfists andTwin Atlantic. No mean feat for a band who formed just 13 months ago.
Ophir sees the quartet proffer a delectable combination of growling screams, prog melodies, punk rock energy and enough accessibility to easily attract the attention of the masses. F.O.E.S. are the type of band that could easily be mentioned in the same breath as the likes of At The Drive In, Of Mice & Men and We Are the Ocean. The overall sound is what you would imagine latter day Mastadon producing after sharing a spliff with The Deftones.
