Cavalier are a British 5 piece rock band from Surrey. Having met whilst all studying at university the band formed in January 2014. Since then Cavalier have been playing shows relentlessly throughout out the England and as far north as Scotland, put out a number of music videos and released their EP 'Belief' which was recorded with Chris Coulter (Arcane Roots, Jamie Lenman). 
They personaly describe themselves as 'boybandpunx', catchy, massive soudning pop/rock songs along side a punk/high energy mentality and live show. 
In addition they have supported a range of prestigious acts such as Nothing but Thieves, The Pigeon Detectives,Twin Wild, The Carnabys and Omaha.

The band met at a University house party through their shared taste for heavy music. The idea undoubtedly clicked and they destined to form a band. With passion and anger, their music came out very instinctively and songs were written in an instant.

They were given the opportunity to record at Metropolis Studios that have a back catalog consisting of: Led Zeppelin, Slipknot, The Who, The Rolling Stones and many more. With this type of record, it is certain that HYLA are getting a huge sound.

HYLA are currently in the studio recording for their first release to be in early 2016.
