We’re here! The music is loud, the beer is flowing and its thanks to all our festival ticket holders and of course everyone who donated to our Crowdfunder. You saved us and now we’re ready to RESTART THE HEART.
As you have likely already seen on social media, we have confirmed Restart the Heart for the weekend of Friday 22nd / Saturday 23rd / Sunday 24th OCTOBER 2021.

A few updates to share with you….
Beer Sponsors
Black Heart residents Hackney Brewery are sponsoring our venue and will be stocking our fridges with a combo of all their delicious beers including the beloved Boogied Van and Millions of Peaches. And as usual we’ll have Boogie Van on draught in the main bar.

Guest DJ’s….
On Friday 22nd the mighty GREEN LUNG will be our guest DJ’s in the main bar from 10pm as they celebrate the release of their massively anticipated new album “Black Harvest” which will be unleashed upon the world on that day! Prior to this from 6pm to 10pm former editor of Metal Hammer and current President of the Iron Maiden fanclub Alex Milas will be DJing 6pm to 10pm.
Saturday 23rd Family Woodard are running the decks from 6pm to 10pm followed by the Born Again - Heavy Metal Soundhouse gang from 10pm to close.
Witchsorrow who are sadly unable to play will be DJing the venue between bands.
Sunday 24th Sam Loynes from Voices/Akercocke will DJ from 7pm to midnight.
Band Updates…
* KUROKUMA have replaced Dawn Ray’d who are no longer able to play due to an injury
** Sadly Undersmile are no longer able to make the show either, but they’ve been replaced by the ever awesome FIVE THE HIEROPHANT
Made Of Teeth are no longer able to make it due to personal circumstances/
*** Tystvar have been replaced by GURGLE !
**** Sadly Wren have also have to pull out due to injury, but they have been replaced by the excellent metal trio URNE
BTK are no longer able to make the show due to unchangable commitments
Pre-start The Heart – opening party
As an extra bonus for those in Camden a day early, we’re bringing you “Pre-start The Heart” which will be a charity event on the Thursday (21st Oct) ft bands of our bar staff, including HUMAN HELL, BLACK ORCHIDS, WHO CARES?, LONGHEADS and more TBC.
All proceeds from this event will be going to the Pilot Light Campaign and entry is a £5 donation. https://www.pilotlightcampaign.com/
Ticket Info
There are no physical tickets but your name will be on our door list. If you find that you can’t make it, please pass on your ticket to a pal or sell it on if you need the funds (face value only please, no touting behaviour!). The event is completely sold out.
